Fresh off the Rumor Mill: Return of Jung Ryeo Won and Lee Dong Wook?

While as of yet unconfirmed, rumors have started flying around about the possibility of Jung Ryeo Won and Lee Dong Wook returning in an upcoming tvN drama entitled "Bubble Gum", set to air in December following Cheese in the Trap.

Seo In Guk's Drama "High School King" Releases First Trailer

We have our first trailer for upcoming drama "High School King" starring the best actor/singer/fulfiller of all fantasies, Seo In Guk.  Needless to say I am totally spazzing right now because it is a whole 35 seconds!  Now that might not seem like a lot of time, but when the previous teasers were 10 sec or less, 35 seems like a smorgasbord of SIG moments.   Here are the 5 things we can deduce from the new trailer.

#1 Seo In Guk is loved by the ladies in both his school and work personas.  (DUH, of course he is.  He is SEO IN GUK!)

#2 His leading lady is kind of a cute librarian klutz type.  (I love how her eye rolling and whooshing through the scenes is as prevalent as SIG's moments in the trailer.  Chemistry is key in a TvN romantic comedy)

#3 2nd female lead looks like a typical high school clingy brat.....  Hmmmm am I already disliking her?

#4 His nemesis is stylish and kind of hot.  (Not that he would ever be able to outshine SIG, but a good bromantic frenemy is also something every kdrama comedy hopes to achieve.)

#5 His double identities are going to get messy, since they are already colliding even in the trailer.  (YAY for awesome hijinks.)

"High School King" airs on Monday and Tuesdays in the present dramas "Witch's Romance".  I can't wait, and am impatiently counting down the days.

Jae Joong Joins Cast of Brother Drama Triangle

So we finally have a the third actor slotted into the drama Triangle's cast and it is our Dongsaeng's bias Jae Joong.  I know that this drama is probably not on everyone's radars yet, but since I am a huge Lee Bum Soo fan (he will be playing the oldest brother) I have been actually following the casting news pretty closely.   Triangle will be replacing the ratings juggernaut Empress Ki on the MBC Monday/Tuesday time slot.  It will also mark the first non Sageuk drama to fill thit time in over a year so it has big shoes to feel.  The story follows the lives of three brothers who were separated when they were kids.  The oldest (Lee Bum Soo - Prime Minister and I) becomes a cop and reconnects with Jae Joong's (Protect the Boss) character, who is actually a local gangster.  Not sure about the youngest dongsaeng's (Im Shi Wan - Moon Embracing the Sun) but judging by the casting he might be the innocent sweet one. 

So far we are minus a lot of leading ladies but since it is rumored that the script readings start in another week or two, I suspect we will be hearing something post haste.  So what do you think?  Are you going to be checking in to see some brotherly angst?  I know that I will and I anticipate, if nothing else, there will be a lot of attractive eye candy moments now that Jae Joong is on board.
