Hyde, Jekyll and I Episode 13 - The Snark Is Strong in This Blogger

I am not sure if it is because I am sick or if it is because this show is just pushing my last nerve after the unpleasant ep 12 (Hint: I did NOT enjoy it).  Whatever the reason, I just feel the urge to complain about a few things that have gotten on my nerves when it comes to this show and specifically things in this episode.  Just a friendly warning, Kmuse is cranky so proceed with caution and know that next week I will probably be back to my more unbiased self.  So anticipate a lot of snark and a bunch of photos this recap.

Hyde, Jekyll and I ep 8: Finally!

For anyone who a) is waiting on the fence unsure as to watch this drama or b)anyone who maybe gave it up officially or unofficially, this may be when you want to jump on board. Maybe it is just me, but I watched this episode and thought "YES! Finally! We have a story!". Then there was the part of me that said, "NOOOOOOOO!!!!" Any idea when that one came up?

Hyde, Jekyll and I episode 6: Hey Jealousy

You know what is a lot of fun? Sitting down to write a blog post only to find that the computer that was working just fine a few minutes ago when your kid was using it for Minecraft now doesn't work at all. And I mean, not at all. One black screen and a cursor, that's all I got. So, while that is being worked on, I'm stuck using the lousy laptop. I mean, thankfully, for the sake of my post, I have the laptop available for use. It's all in our attitude, right?

Hyde, Jekyll, and I ep 4: Sorry, Not Sorry

Okay AddicKts, so I have a confession to make. My recap of episode 2 started out a lot different. It had to be edited big time before I posted it. Why? Because I accidentally spent a good portion of it reviewing Kill Me, Heal Me instead. Man, you should have seen the awesomeness that had to be cut. If only.... ;) I learned something from the whole silly incident though - I can't watch two dramas with such similar premises when one of those two is one that I am reviewing. Which just means that I have added incentive to get these reviews written and done so that I can go watch the latest episodes of KMHM. So, I hate to rush this along, but.... I gots me some drama waiting for me on the other side of this review. How about we speed things up and jump right into it? Sound good? Sounds good.  And away we go!

Episode 4 was, thankfully, in my opinion, the best that we've had from this series so far. Nothing super cheesy or weird (the rope scene in 3 - come on. Really?! WTH was that?), just some good old fashioned storytelling. And some very nice close-up head shots of Hyun Bin. Like a lot of close-up head shots of Hyun Bin. It's pretty much a Hyun Bin close-up head shot extravaganza.

Hyde, Jekyll & I Episode 3 - The Prodigal Son Returns

Episode 3 is a very Robincentric episode, which is a good thing since I am pretty sure that the writers want us to be confused over which of the personalities is our favorite.  We also learn that just because someone is nice does not make them loved.  And just because you are the "fake" personality, it does not make you any less real and complete in your own way.  Lines are blurred, emotions are engaged, and we viewers are finally able to connect with the second lead (who is also the first lead).  Hmmm, I feel some serious emotional confusion is in our future.
