Reality sets in as Hyeon realizes his brother might not be just a simple vigilante killer, rather someone of the crazy serial killer variety. Min battles with his inner nature and trying to understand what Hyeon wants from him. And all the while, Dr. Death is there whispering doubts into both the brother's ears. How is this going to work out in the end for our beloved brothers?
Its more murders, more suspicious characters, and more cute OTP moments as we jump into episode 9. We know who Min is, but will this help us discover who our main big bad is? It was a dark and stormy night......... OK, not stormy, but certainly dark, I just always wanted to start a post with that phrase and it seemed apt. A car races around the curve, going too fast for the conditions (Did anyone get distracted by the obviously planted purple and yellow flowers on the side of the road? Beautiful, but obviously not natural and it distracted me). A deer trots into the middle of the road, startling the driver who swerves to avoid the poor thing. By saving Bambi, the car shoots through the railing and crashes over the side of an ocean cliff. The only thing that saves the unfortunate passengers is the barrier cords that wrap around the tires of the car, keeping it from plummeting.
It's a bloody fun time at the amusement park as every cop and their minions show up in search for either answers or to keep answers hidden. Thankfully some secrets are finally out in the open, but for every secret revealed only more questions remain and I personally am as confused as our boys on who is the good guys and who is the big bad we need to watch out for.
I
was concerned that things were starting to slow down after episode 5,
but boy was I wrong. If anything Ouroboros writers put the story on
steroids and went full throttle with so many reveals and twists that I
am left gasping. This episode took the drama to a whole new level of
epic and has literally made Ouroboros my #1 favorite Jdrama to date. So
let's jump into the recap with both feet forward so we can quickly
start episode 7 since I can't survive much longer without knowing what
happens to Ikuo.
